The facilities were interestingly nice and also clean. The location is top notch. Close to historic downtown but quietly tucked down the street on the Ohio River. The hostess Felicia was great, super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was also wonderful and delicious

Spectacular place! A beautifully renovated old building rich with history. The room was huge, with an extra place to relax and watch TV. The bedroom itself had two large beds that were spaced so far apart it was like an extra bedroom for our teenage son. Lovely soft carpet and all exceptionally clean. The breakfast was cooked on the spot by a very talented and sweet cook who whipped up a feast and kindly packed up the leftovers for us. The Innkeeper had a vast and deep knowledge of the place and was able to provide us with some interesting historical facts and local knowledge. It is clear that the hotel is a cherished and much-valued place and there aren't many places like this left. The town itself is a gem and we wish we could have stayed longer. And indeed we will stay here again!

The staff and facilities are top notch. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The suites are spacious and very quiet. The location is great because you can just walk to any of the downtown pubs or restaurants. We are coming back!

Hello travelers ! My Aunt and I drove from Ky to Ohio and decided that we wanted to stay the night in Maysville Ky. We parked and I went to a hotel on the river and came back with hesitation so I called a B&B and they were renovating their Inn. I asked the man for a recommendation and he said to contact Lees House , there are not enough words to describe this rare gem . We were greeted with hugs and given a tour absolutely breathtaking. The rooms and the main house was as clean and welcoming. We felt safe , set on the balcony and looked at the Ohio river . Then we received a phone call last night and were invited to breakfast. Missy cooked us the best breakfast, Shelly was our maid Amanda the receptionist and Ann the City Commissioner . Such lovely young ladies Lots of places to relax, read a book play games . Like I said there are not enough words to express my thoughts and the friends we met at this outstanding establishment. We are looking forward to going back at Christmas. 100 stratified with all services provided by top notch staff please visit Lees House

The history. It was like going back in time. The property is being restored. We stayed in a newly restored suite. We had a beautiful view of the Ohio River.

What's not to like. It was good enough for Andrew Jackson to stay there. The property provided a very unique experience.

Like all the other reviews here, I cannot express how wonderful the Lee House Inn is. Even though it is still under renovation, the areas they have completed are amazing, so perfectly renovated with period appropriate pieces mingled with modern and simple touches that make this place simply fascinating. The rooms are not just rooms but living spaces complete with sleeping area lounging/eating area and full bathrooms. The beds or the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The balcony gave a beautiful view of the lighted bridge. The shared breakfast area was perfectly inviting. Like other guests commented, we were greeted as soon as we arrived, walked in and given a wonderful and very informative tour. Everyone we encountered was more than pleasant and helpful. From Amanda taking our reservation and promptly helping us with every question we had before and during our visit via text or phone, Missy preparing a delicious breakfast and sharing enjoyable conversation and Ann giving us so much history of the Lee House and Maysville and also sharing so many humorous stories of her labor of love in helping restore this amazing place. It is absolutely more than you can imagine. We had a room on the 3rd floor and didn't mind the stairs. I am anxious to see how the property evolves as renovations continue. Upon arriving, it is unclear where to park or where to enter, but Ann was waiting at the roadside to give us direction. You can tell that everyone involved with the Lee House is happy to go above and beyond to make your stay perfectly memorable. I can't wait to have an opportunity to return and stay longer than one night.
