I did not like anything about this place

There was supposed to be 3 beds there was only the bed and couch that folded into the bed. The place was supposed to accomidate 4 people it was barely big enough for 2. The loud planes fly over every couple of mins no way to sleep thru them. There were homeless people everywhere, unsafe. Manager said I didn't pay for 4 people I showed him on my phone that they collected the extra $90 I paid for 2 people. He then said he would refund me then went down stairs told booking.com no. I want my $905.00 back especially since I didn't stay there.

Room was pleasant. Staff were friendly. Secure parking at cost and property access with coded gates. It was a bit prison like going in but I was greatful for this!

Location did not feel very safe and the uber driver said not to walk around at night. No lift to 3rd floor and thin walls too.

location was apt. very near to all attractions. very clean & check-in instructions were very clear. All basic amenities they have like microwave, freeze , coffee maker(with coffee & filter) toast along with some basic kitchen cutlery. they have patio which has view of balboa park. easy street parking. some metered some free . they have private garage in case you are looking for secure parking but that is chargeable. we didn’t have any issue on the balboa street side parking. it is free & safe . overall a complete 10/10 .

as the money being spent .. nothing you have to dislike about the property

Property was clean and plenty of security options with multiple door locks and owner watching over property with many cameras.

Location. Out of our control, but had airplanes constantly flying over and a few minutes from a freeway exit.
