Spacious Studio with Incredible Balboa Park View

Someone else parked at my paid parking causing me to spend time notifying property and the site asked me to park outside until it was resolved, I really didn't have much time doing all that.

The space itself was great - very comfortable. Very clean and surprisingly well put together. Everything met my expectations really.

Really noisy place. Planes every 5 minutes on your head and you can ear every apartment on the condo

It wasn’t clean and the bed is really uncomfortable with a extremely soft mattress

That it had a great view that it was quiet I didn't care about the planes I'm from San Diego so everything was nice as far as that was concerned

First of all the front entrance smelled like urine very badly I understand we live in San Diego and I understand the repercussions of living by the park but I think that you could have done a better job cleaning second of all when I went into the room the floor was filthy dirty transferred over to the bed the bedspread was dirty you can see that it's needed to be changed out it was yellow and black marks all over it the bed fell apart when I sat down on it not enough towels if I'm going to stay there a week I would like to have clean towels every day the second and last thing is there's no stuff to call there's no one that I can go to to find out then I didn't even know there was a no pool or amenities so I will not be returning I'm sorry also the dishes leave some dish soap that would be helpful and a dish rag that would be helpful if I want to or if I have to clean my dishes for the week long that I'm going to stay there I just told everything was totally upset it's unacceptable this room is designed for 24 hours only not a week

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Lage, top gepflegt und super Host. Moderne Ausstattung. Sowohl die City mit Gaslamp District (20 Min) als auch der Zoo (30 Min) gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Die Lage in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens (mit zeitweise schon viel Fluglärm) sowie an der zeitweise vielbefahrenen Straße. Es wurde aber auch Oropax bereitgestellt.

The rooms are very spacious and bright. The location is great, only a 15-20 min walk to the city centre. The rooms are also super new and well maintained (the beds are so comfy!!!). The reception staff were very nice and really helpful at all times during my stay. I messaged them after hours to ask something about my reservation and they got back to me right away. I originally booked 6 nights in this hotel and ended up extending my stay another 2 nights. Value for money is great, best price I found around San Diego considering the quality of the place. I'd come back here anytime!!!

We loved staying here!!! Very clean, and host was very easy to work with and responsive at all times. We were planning to struggle finding parking but always found close street parking. Great place to stay, would stay here again.
