Studio with Large Balcony- San Diego Gateway

The location and facilities were great. Really comfy little self contained flat and super close to the centre of the city. Also right next to Balboa park which has multiple museums, art galleries and of course the zoo (although I would recommend driving as the parking is easy and you'll do a lot of walking inside the zoo).

The parking was unnecessarily difficult in my opinion. Only the day of arrival I was told it'd be $30 a night to park in the car park. As I was on a tight budget I asked staff who were super helpful directing me to a free space near the apartment. However, I then got a parking ticket. So really quite stressful in the end. Small thing but the walls and ceiling are incredibly thin, you can hear everything happening in the flats around you. Also you're right under a flight path, but you are given earplugs.

Clean room and comfortable bad. Free movie channels with a lot of movies.

Too close to airport. Aircrafts landed over our building. Due to raining every day (very unusual in California !) very noisy metal gutters. Even when rain stopped water drops was loud ! I have to ask different time to get invoice. No possible to get room earlier than 4pm.

Hard to get the temperature comfortable in bv the room. Noisy due to airplanes over the apartment and street noise.

The location is great, it's close to Balboa park. Very comfortable and cozy place, we were surprised by the place. We would definitely go back.

The location was fantastic, under 10 minutes from the Convention Center. Parking was not hard to find. Codes were secure and easy to use. Bed and pillows were nice and firm, facilities were clean and comfy.

Airplane noise and rain noise were quite loud. Any guest staying in a different room made quiet a lot of noise getting to their room.

Spacious apartment... No problem in terms of air or light ... The balcony is fantastic ... The owner let me do an early check in

There are many homeless people around that area and not many restaurants to grab food
