"Disappointed."

Location was great, close to the Park and many attractions.

No service. Roku TV didn't respond half the time. We were there 5 days and had to do our own houskeeping and trash disposal.

Good enough location, walking distance to Balboa Park and the Zoo

The owner. Very unpleasant, unhelpful and rude. Ruined our holiday. I would never recommend this place to anyone purely because of him. The pictures are very misleading. And the bathroom rules- made us laugh " don't put toilet paper down the toilet"... hope they never get guests with diarrhea

Cleanliness, secure, updated look and feel

The bed……..personal preference I suppose, but the bed was like a sheet over concrete, also the modern design of the windows allow light to come in past the blinds, no sleeping in here.
