Nothing - it was my second time staying in the same suite

This inn is lovely! My room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and adorably decorated. The location was perfect (a short walk to my concert and close to excellent shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes). The owners were incredibly kind and helpful when I'd dropped a dental appliance down the drain. Can't wait to come back!

Property was exactly as advertised....rooms are very clean and well appointed. We booked all 3 rooms for our weekend stay and were happy with each one. There is no on-site staff but the check in process went smoothly and the lock codes for all doors worked well.

As noted on the website, parking is a distance away from the property. In the summer months this would not be an issue but in the winter it does present a bit of a challenge navigating the snowy (when we were there) streets. Also there are A LOT of stairs to get to any of the rooms and (again as noted in the property description) no elevator. This could make the property very difficult to access for some people.

Beautiful room overlooking the river - loads of space, seating options, & comfy bed - & close to everything in downtown Stratford - highly recommended!

Great location….exceptionally clean…good amenities…particularly liked the electric kettle, cream, wineglasses and tea bags. Very quiet even though on a busy road. The advance booking process and info were great.

Lots of stairs but not a problem.
