Rooms were a good size, lovely and clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom and shower very good. It was a good location for us going to the NEC. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Rooms are above a pub,Friday evening is karaoke. It was loud but did stop at 12.. We would definitely book again

I like the location and you can come and go as you please, great set up

My only issue I had was getting the air con to blow warm, I have previously stayed in the summer so it wasn’t an issue, but it was very cold in the room and there was no instructions how to use it, so I would suggest providing instructions for people in the future. I did manage to to figure it out in the end though
