Lovely clean modern room and a good size bathroom too. Had a bit of trouble getting our heating on, the room was freezing. Perhaps on cold days it might be nice for heating to be put on before guest arrive. Lovely friendly staff though.

The staff and room were excellent. Very clean and great value for money.

It's quite a noisy location, they had people arguing in the pub courtyard and the trains woke us in the morning.

Good location in the centre of town, efficient and friendly welcome. Great hints and tips given to us for places to eat and drink during our stay. Very nice bathroom.

Genuinely very good rooms, a couple of things could make it even better. The electrical sockets for example in our rooms weren’t fitted in the wall that well. They were absolutely safe, just didn’t match the otherwise excellent standard of the room.

Good location, comfortable bed.

Bit noisy, but fine after the pub downstairs closed then very quiet.

Generally overall it was very good but I do think it's a little overpriced for the location

Was very happy with my stay big soft towels the shower was very big and powerful the room was spotlessly clean and I had the best nights sleep in any hotel ivecstayed in, easy access via back door so you can come and go as you please was told by the owner that music was on, so may be noisy but didn't hear it so would say it's very quiet room also lovely big TV and as much tea and coffee as you wanted all in all a great stay thanks😀😀 and only a two minute walk to the train station

There really was nothing to dislike at all I only went for one night but stayed an extra one
