"Paying rm 300 plus for such standards…Worst stay and for sure will not consider for next stay"

Tommy cleaningness is still up to expectation

1. I reached hotel at 5:30pm, main door was lock. Waited for 20 min finally the staff came back from no where 2. Low water pressure 3. Hot water shower was very very slow 4. Was told wifi password at tv box, tried but now working. Wanted to seek help at morning 8:30am but not a single soul at the counter

No facilities to make coffee or tea in the room, excellent cafe close by but not open early enough for us.
