Pendle Inn

The location was excellent, plenty of parking available. The local views are incredible, its a hikers/ramblers heaven. They are very dog friendly, a nice touch was dog bowls and fresh water for the hounds by the street door.

The room was cold, damp and not very clean. The toilet seat was hanging off and the over bath shower was tiny. I wasn't able to shower for the 2 days I was there. No breakfast was available in the hotel, The Barley Mow opposite did amazing breakfasts. No mobile phone signal, but there is WIFI available. The accommodation was basic, and it needed a good clean. The bathroom desperately needs overhauling.

It was dirty ,took me 4 hours plus to get TV working as WiFi not working ,although they tried to rectify ,I found some of the staff rude and almost expecting me to complain

The staff were very friendly and efficient, Food was nice, the parking directly outside the annexe was great.

We stayed in room 8. The decor was a little tired. Rooms weren't very clean. We had no running hot water, the electric shower was too hot or so cold that it made showering difficult. The TV was constantly 'loading' Damp patches and areas of the room that need attention obviously had been ignored for quite a while. The seal had gone in the window making it look very dirty with the water marks. I have lots of photos but don't have the space to upload them!

Brilliant location and so peaceful. Food and drink were lovely and the staff were all very helpful.

The room was good, although radiators had been on so it was very hot.

Stayed a few times and will stay again, great place to being dogs and walk through the amazing scenery 😀

I loved the location and it was very quiet. It was a very easy process to check in and out. The pub food was very delicious as well.

There were a few things that needed some maintenance attention - the shower was constantly dripping. The kitchen sink was really hard to turn on and off, and the sky light window was very dirty.
