Very friendly and warm welcome. The room was clean with nice views as promised.

I booked with the understanding breakfast was included and this fact changed as they sold their downstairs restaurant. We had to pay for breakfast daily. Not a big deal just a communication slip for them:

Giacomo, nasz gospodarz, wyróżniał się niezwykłą życzliwością i pomocą, znacząco podnosząc jakość pobytu. Apartament był czysty, wygodny, wyposażony w telewizor z dostępem do platform streamingowych oraz sprawną klimatyzację. Dodatkowo zapewniono codzienną dostawę wody (zarówno gazowanej jak i naturalnej) oraz kapsułki do kawy. Lokalizacja była dogodna – całość oceniamy bardzo wysoko. Apartament nie dysponuje wprawdzie prywatnym miejscem parkingowym, jednak tuż obok znajduje się bezpłatny, publiczny parking. Co ważne, teren jest monitorowany przez liczne kamery, dzięki czemu parkowanie wydaje się zarówno bezpieczne.

The room and the entire property have been renovated with great care and expertise. The furnishings are of high quality, and it is rare to find such attention to detail in Italy. Specially in consideration of price and close to the lovely downtown of the city. The owner is a absolute gentleman and great host.

L’accoglienza di Giacomo, persona cordiale, attenta e di grande professionalità. La gentilezza è sempre più rara e Giacomo la trasmette con naturalezza. La struttura è curata e pulita e si trova in una posizione comodissima (a due passi dal parcheggio gratuito e all’inizio del porto canale). La stanza è dotata di tutto il necessario. C’è anche una macchinetta per il caffè e un bollitore.

Non c’è niente che non vada. Segnalo solo che dalla finestra del bagno al mattino entra un po’ di luce perciò per qualcuno più sensibile alla luce potrebbe essere utile una mascherina.
