La entrada del edificio y las escaleras son antiguas y huele a humedad. Pero entras al piso y todo cambia. El piso está genial.

Limpio, amplio, cómodo y súper bien decorado. Con todas las comodidades y la cocina con todo lo necesario horno, cafeteras, tostadora lavadora… céntrico se puede ir andando a todas partes, fácil de aparcar si alquilas coche y un sitio muy tranquilo.

Very spacious and comfortable place. We were 8 (including 4 kids) and had a great time. Well equipped kitchen. 3 bathrooms (which is great for a large group of people). There is always parking around the block but sometimes you have to go a bit further. Quick access to downtown by car (can also walk 15-20 min). Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Thank you for accommodating an early check in which was much appreciated after our overnight flight!

A more complete house guide would be great (instructions for recycling/garbage, how to use the washing machine, a few recommendations, etc). Also a few laundry detergent pods would have been useful. No AC but that was ok for us, not too hot even in July. The fans helped.

Great large modern apartment with fully equipped kitchen easy walk to downtown restaurants and never had any problems in parking. Apartment is 7-10mins from the airport with easy access from motorway. Jorge responded very quickly throughout the whole process and met us on arrival . Would have no hesitation in recommending staying at this apartment

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the apartment

Big kitchen with all the appliances neededwith enough plates and cutlery for the 8 of us. Washing machine and a place to dry the clothes. Big table so all of us can eat all together. Great finding an apartment with 4 rooms with beds. Everything was impeccable and Jorge was so attentive towards all our needs. If ever we go back, would certainly stay again.

The place is big to host a big group of people. Comfortable beds with build in wall closed, spacious living room and a balcony. Three bathrooms help to avoid long queues to the shower in the morning! The place has everything you need, even laundry machine and a drier on the balcony. The host is very friendly and immediately responsive. Thank you Jorge! Farmer's market, SolMar shopping centre are walking distance, less than 10 min.

There is a busy street nearby so those with sensitive sleep should better pack earplugs. It is quiet at night though.
