La chambre avec des lits individuels inacceptable pour des adultes. Vieux sommier de brocante et matelas mousse, une personne de 71 ans a du dormir par terre pour 122chf !!! La chambre avec les combles non terminés, a fait peur a l'un des couples toute la nuit ils ont dormi la lumière allumée Les repas locaux et de saison n'étaient pas a la hauteur du prix total (50 fr par personne) une petite assiette de charcuterie, une polenta avec de la semoule de blé, un spritz avec du Proseco éventé, bref très très decu. Pas un seul geste commercial malgré nos remarques notamment pour les lits 1 personne... Organisateur de voyage a moto, je ne conseille pas cet établissement.

I'm not sure if it's just that Switzerland is expensive as a country, but feel the value for money compared to other places in the countries we stayed during our road trip wasn't as good. There was uncertainty about payment, the host wrote down our credit card details on paper which didn't feel secure (had to be presented with a physical card, he said it was in case there was damage to the room, they will use the card details written to pay for this? We have cancelled our card after returning home as this doesn't feel secure). They also charge an additional fee to use the card machine to pay for the room on the day you are leaving. This was confusing as i already gave my card details via booking.com and don't know why there was no payment taken this way when it should have been? The room/building was outdated. The parking situation wasn't great, it's public car parks only and is situated down a very steep road. I needed to help the driver coming back onto the main road as it was so steep and couldn't see if other cars were coming. We didn't eat here so unsure what the food is like (they don't serve on Mondays) The roads getting to this location has very tight upward/downward bends (not the owners fault of course), just wanted to mention as I would only recommend for experienced drivers.

The staff was AMAZING!! He greeted us after an extremely long day of travel at close to midnight. Offered to talk us through the next day of travel (and give us insight) and even opened the bar for us to have a nightcap. The next morning he did a continental breakfast that was perfect to start our day! We came in late and had no idea just how beautiful the view was from our room and the main room. Absolutely breath taking! Highly recommend based on the service and location!!!

Definitely not the hotel's fault as we were getting used to staying at European hotels but the beds do not have top sheets. American tourists so we weren't aware that top sheets are not the norm.

No air conditioning , very dated hotel,, bathroom lighting too dark. The restaurant had very few options available and expensive.

Kritisch zu bewerten ist jedoch, dass ohne vorherige Information bei Kreditkartenzahlung die anfallenden Kommissionen dem Gast in Rechnung gestellt werden.

Sehr toller Käse, selbstgemachte Marmelade und selbstgemachtes Brot, am Sonntag auch ein Zopf. Die Lage des Gastraumes ist unbeschreiblich- geniales Panorama! Das Deluxe-Zimmer war genial mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet, auch schönes Leinen, in Kombination mit neuen und auch bunten Dingen sehr stimmig. Standard passt zum Dorf am Berg. Schöne Wege durch die Dörfer und zum Stausee! Wirt ist sehr nett.
