Excellent location with beautiful view of the lake. The Bus stop is right in front of the Hotel - absolute convenience.

Higher floors not having lift facility - in case travelling with luggage, could be an issue.

Fabulously friendly staff, dog friendly hotel (dogs at no extra charge), lovely view across the lake. Comfortable bed (one slat broken, didn't seem to make a difference). We have stayed there before, in fact in the same room

It can be reasonably noisy because the busses and ferries stop right outside the bedroom window if your room is on the waterside. The fairly simple bathroom is across the corridor from the room, it is not 'en suite' but we were not bothered by it. Parking was tricky and also costs a lot extra. t would be nice also for the price of the room if at least a coffee and croissant was included as breakfast otherwise it costs 15 chf per person. The restaurant is typically pricey as are most of them in the Ticino region.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Herzliche Begrüssung. Gutes Essen, gutes Frühstück! Tolle Lage. ÖV perfekt vor dem Hotel/Restaurant. Wunderbarer Ort!! Sehr gerne wieder!

L'emplacement, l'appartement est grand, propre et spacieux, bien aménagée rien ne manquait. Sans parler de la vue splendide sur le lac depuis chaque fenêtre.

Il n'ya rien que je n'est pas apprécié.

Die Lage war gut und gleich an der Schiffanlagestelle und der Busstation. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Wir hatten unter unserem Zimmer gleich die Küche vom Hotelrestaurant und auch die Hotelterasse war gleich bei unserem Fenster, was leider dazu führte, dass es bis spät in den Abend sehr laut war! Wir hörten die Restaurantbesucher sehr gut und auch sehr stark die ganzen Töne von der Küche mit Besteck und Geschirr geklapper ect.
