Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und gut.

Ein Safe war nicht vorhanden und wir konnten auch keinen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zubereiten.

Bonne communication avec Monica, disponible et arrangeante. Emplacement exceptionnel de l'hôtel juste au bord du lac.

La chambre était plutôt vétuste, vieux matelas à ressort, rideau de douche qui colle, mauvais écoulement de la douche, eau tiède le soir... Le prix plutôt élevé de la chambre n'en fait vraiment pas un bon rapport qualité-prix, même pour la Suisse.
