The staff was fantastic so friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant in the middle of the village with plenty of eating places and small shops. Unfortunately the location on the main road means the noise of traffic is load in the room

The bar staff were so friendly. The bed was the comfiest ive slept in hotels or bed and breakfasts and the shower was out of this world.

No blinds on the window however there was curtains

"So bad we left after the first night and booked elsewhere"

Location was in an attractive village (though a busy through road) with a good bakery and a cafe. The pub is a place people go for a few pints after work and is a jolly and friendly place. We had a couple of good pints of beer and a couple of tasty pizzas.

Its just a pub with some rooms to let out. It was not a suitable place to stay for more than one night. The room was small with extremely uncomfortable beds. I could feel the springs on mine and it was extremely hard and unforgiving. There was nowhere else to sit apart from the beds. There was a small fireplace in the room which was partly obscured by a wardrobe placed up against it. No thought had been given to the layout of the room. It could work as a single room with a comfy bed and a chair to sit on. The wardrobe door fell off as I opened it to put something away. I couldn't get it back on so just left it leaning against the wardrobe. I had such a bad nights sleep and we were due to stay two more. The first thing I did in the morning was find alternative accommodation. Booking this place was an expensive mistake and I felt really down about it.
