Liked it was in a quiet area with some nice food places nearby

Poor WiFi signal, door handle falling off, a lot of dust, not a hot shower

Lovely room, nice area and was separate from the pub so no noise. Helpful on booking and answered q’s quickly online. Kim was lovely on booking.

Internet was unusable - I was working so v stressful. It was cold and couldn’t change the heating. Also count open a window other than a small bathroom one. Staff were grumpy and unhelpful and made me feel very unwanted and like a nuisance. Booked a late check out and was told that was odd and why by a very bolshy staff who stomped off and huffed to ‘check’ as check out time was earlier!!!! Room also wasn’t cleaned in the day - it was ok as only there two nights but somewhere to put rubbish and get clean mugs / more tea and milk would have been nice.

Very friendly staff. Nice local pub. Good value food.

The food and drink in the pub is excellent and the team there are great.

Room amenities were limited for a longer stay.
