Excellent location for Goodwood events, Lovely hosts, excellent breakfast and comfortable room

Bathroom is not en-suite, but is huge and only across landing and robes and slippers are provided, so no complaints.

"Very comfortable and convenient for the South Downs Way."

The breakfast was fantastic and the hosts very friendly and generous for sharing their home with a stranger. The bonus was the owners garden had given me some wonderful idea for our new house in Derdyshire.
