The place was very dated. Windows were so dirty. We didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. I think Booking.com should drop this property from their portfolio. It will only give your company a bad name. Even l now would think twice about using booking.com after our experience. I would like to have thought that you would have checked out properties before using them on your website.

Sheets were clean. It. Was cheap.

Outdated, run down, dishevelled, no water pressure, very noisy plumbing for half the night.

Location is quite good in the town centre with free parking.

Interior was very tired.

It was great value for money. Especially as I was travelling along on business.

The place is looking very tired. Attention to detail needs to be taken, with a little bit of work and freshening up it would look a lot better. Get rid of all the stupid signs and notices everywhere, put them in some decent frames and only have the notices you really require.

Conveniently located.

The place is basically a few tiny rooms above a pub. Facilities are minimum (no chair, table or wardrobe), you‘ve just got to live out of your case. The mattress was rock hard. The whole place (pub apart) is rundown and seedy. There is no breakfast of any kind and evening catering is as an Indian restaurant.

the bedroom was small tho adequate and the bathroom was big which it didnt need to be,not seen paint or carpets in about 20yrs.no issue with staff.

The staff were friendly,the bedroom and bathroom are a good size,the bar has a friendly atmosphere.Beautiful old building,the barman gave me some history on the building.I just hope it gets a refurb and is brought back to the beautiful building it once was!! I would consider going back,but only after improvements are made.

The building looks nothing like in the photo,which must have been taken years ago,!it is not white,it's a very dirty pink if l remember,weeds growing along wall and sign unreadable,it looks as if it's closed down!Housekeeping is very poor,although the bedding was clean,the mattress protector and mattress were not.Very dull staircase up to bedrooms.The whole place needs a refurb /deep clean.Looking at the photo made me want to go as it looks so lovely,but l feel it's false advertising.

Easy parking, food in the restaurant was amazing, staff very welcoming
