The Crossroads Inn

The staff were very friendly, very hardworking, efficient and helpful. Food was first class, with generous portions. Good ingredients, very nicely cooked and presented. We ate dinner and breakfast there. Really good value too.

The room decor was basic and could be improved. However, everything worked well and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Perfectly fine at this price point.

Excellent inn with great selection of Ales good home cooked food. Staff on the evening and at breakfast the following morning were very pleasant. The en suite room was warm very clean and comfortable. We both had a great night's sleep.

Nothing to dislike about this place

We shared a family room with our daughter.. it was spacious and well laid out . We were here visiting family so didn’t get chance to see the local area but this property is in an incredible place with amazing views . The pub was really busy and bustling with a great atmosphere.

Nothing everything was great

On arrival to a pet friendly room we were met by the most awful smell of dogs...I understood that it might but it was dreadful...the beds were frayed were other dogs had obviously chewed them,although in fairness the bedding was clean as was the bathroom.. The entrance from the carpark to the rooms was not illuminated at all,it was pitch black and the room was so cold we never took.our coats off... We decided that we were that cold and fed up with the noise from the pub we never slept there...we left and drove home the same night...

Location

Spotless, cosy , comfortable room. Nice touches like water, biscuits and tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast.
