Lovely peaceful location off the beaten track . The staff were extremely welcoming and very accommodating

Some parts of the Inn are a little bit tired and could do with a spruce up but the bedding and towels were all lovely and clean.

Could do with a bit of an update, reflected in price.

Wonderful peaceful location outside of the touristy areas. Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. Comfy quiet room. Breakfast was excellent considering the 2 Pound charge! This is an error i believe which may get corrected to 10 Pounds.

There is no wi-fi/internet but i had reasonable cel coverage. Note that this property is in transition and looking for new landlords so there is an agency running the place but don`t let that put you off. I thought the food and drink was expensive.

All staff were very friendly and welcoming.cosy bar area, we had the fish and chips and the steak pie which was nice enough( homemade chips would of been better), breakfast was excellent. Our room was basic, but for the price we had no complaints and the bed was very comfortable.

Rooms a bit run down, need to be freshened and painted. Didn’t like the “ to let sign” out the front made it look like it was closed. Outside needed a good tidy up esp as summer and people sitting outside.

Walls are paper thin between the rooms. People in the room next door to me were up to 3am making so much noise meaning I got no sleep. Could just be unlucky but I wouldn’t book again incase.

Great location, staff and breakfast

A little tired

The welcome was really nice. We've been several times and the location is excellent. The decoupling of the breakfast from the price helpfully allowed us to get away for an early start in the morning.

Not so much a dislike, but on checking in there was no ask if we did want breakfast (not that we did). Having experienced the Mill in when breakfast was included in the price information such as pricing (I did not believe booking.com saying it is only £2) would help us plan for future visits. The only other thing is the exit via the fire exit. The path when wet inspired caution as it was crazy paved.
