Woolpack Inn by Greene King Inns

Very friendly staff. Nice old building. Good breakfast.

We had room 10 which is an attic room. Headroom was restricted, particularly in the shower which was difficult to use. The stairway access and headroom would be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Great food for Green king, we enjoyed our stay, staff where very helpful the beers where cold and beds where good

This shower in the room but as it was top floor and there was limited space i understand why.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering great value for the price. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this place to others.

Breakfast and evening meals were very good. Good food and friendly service. Very knowledgeable about Gluten Free. The pub is well situated for visiting Sumerset and Wiltshire.

Good sized room and bathroom but the general decor is rather tired e.g. very loose tiles around the bath, peeling paint etc

Gorgeous location. Beautiful village. Really comfortable beds, dark curtains! Quiet.

Staff were very good, locatiin was lovely in the centre of the village, parking on site.

The bathroom within the room was a mess, the tiles had literally parted company with the wall above the bath/shower and were about to fall off ther gap was approx 8mm wis was extremely unhygenic and dangerous, this requires immediate attention, the room No is 6. the remainder of the bathroom was very dated and poorly fitted with unsealed gaps between, what should have been, mating surfaces.

Nice location clean

Nice atmosphere. Quiet, little village, with very interesting buildings. Interesting pub/hotel. Very old. Exposed beams, etc. The full English breakfast included black pudding.

Although room was great in some respects, it was built into the loft area and, being tall, I hit my head on the exposed beams a number of times. Also, the shower was in a very restricted area and very difficult to use because of the angle of the roof and the roof beams (the shower itself functioned fine). Being a small hotel, there was not the same breakfast variety and choice that Greene King provides at larger pub/hotels
