Clean rooms, great view and very helpful staff

Extremely inaccessible

The room was satisfactory. Too much noisy construction and noises from the restaurants all night till 3am

Bedding, whites always better They should arrange a pickup as it is less than a km from the train station. Drivers cheat tourist and charge ridiculous amounts for such a short distance. No card facility

Its clean and conveniently located near town

There is no proper access road to reach the location by vehicle

The view from the room is amazing, also the room is big and with a nice bathroom. The owners are very nice and always helping out with some water after the steep way to go up to the hotel.

The location is great right in the center of Ella but to reach the hotel there is a very very steep ramp that's very hard to make sometimes and slippery when raining. Also a bit hard to find the hotel at first.

Quite a steep hill to walk up to the property

We slept for two nights at the Rawana Den Hotel and had a great experience there. Although it’s close to the mainroad (everything is walkable), it was still quiet at night so we could sleep very well. The staff is extremely friendly, helped us a lot (gave an umbrella, gave us extra water e.g.). There was a really nice terrace in front of our room where we could relax and enjoy the amazing view over Ella. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice location, beautiful view, the room is spacious and not too warm. Everything was very clean and the shower was great. The staff is very friendly.
