Friendly staff,restaurant on site,lovely decor and lovely place to stay

The only thing we didn't like was the stairs up to the rooms they were so steep but it's an old building and the stairs are probably original so not really a problem

Very friendly staff, very clean, good location in beautiful countryside. Excellent breakfast, and good value for money.

Room had all the usual facilities, although slightly dated. Food was excellent, another level above pub grub.

My stay coincided with Bingo night, which Dave informed me about. But my room was directly above the bar so a little noisy until closing time with bingo calls and juke box.

Perfect location for walking in surrounding hills. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good good.

All was good.

Booked for work colleagues, excellent location, parking for vans, food was excellent...will definitely book here again when working in the area
