Very helpful staff Newly decorated room Very good evening meal and good breakfast

The room was a little small They did warn us that they had only just decorated and that the loo roll holders had not yet been installed, but there was absolutely nowhere to hang anything and the rail provided had no hangers. I did mention it and they offered hangers but it was too late. I am sure they will have listened and put in hooks on door backs etc! The shower was so small that we both avoided it!

The staff , room and food were great. Good parking. This all helped to make for a great weekend !

The shower controls worked the opposite way round, once I fathomed it out, it was all good !

The breakfast was lovely. There was a high dryer. Staff were helpful and pleasant

The heating went off in the room and it was cold. It didn't come back on in the morning so it was very cold in the morning. The shower and toilet made so much noise, sounded like the water was coming from a pump. Very noisy. Cobwebs all round the ceiling in the room. Room was in need of decorating. The beds weren't level, sloped due to an uneven floor.

It was a good location for our visit
