Great location. Lovely stay in a beautiful home. Both of them were very helpful when we arrived and made us feel welcome in their home. Highly recommend

The room was cheap and close to Galle fort. The hosts were friendly.

WiFi was poor. The humidity was horrible. There was no way to get a breeze into the room, and we were constantly sweating. They really need to invest in AC or a dehumidifier. The room was also very dark. The bathroom smell was overpowering. There were urinal cakes in the drain, probably to mask the drain smell, but the smell of the urinal cakes permeated the whole room.

Nice place to stay and visit Galle fort. Common dining area was nice. Nice experience

Very convenient location, less than 5 minute walk to the train station. Linda was super nice and her house is very cozy!

1. the dog was very disturbing barking from early morning till evening right behind the door, because the room is in the kitchen/entrance/common room 2. frequent family gatherings with little baby crying for hours 3. rooms are located at the common kitchen, no sound proof, no privacy, very inconvenient, not much space to walk 4. cheap host made me pay for the tea that they gave to me 5. not designed for tourists since it's a family house and you feel like they pay you for the stay and not the other way around 6. host always keep the entrance door closed and you can't enter the house unless someone opens the gate 7. check-in after 4pm and check-out before 9am - absolutely insane hours for hospitality to sum up, this place should NOT be on booking at all. it does not correspond to what they think they're doing.

Cottage is overall very dark

Owner was extremely friendly and accommodative. Property is well maintained, bedroom, linen and washroom are neat and clean.

I would've preferred a private washroom but since it was just one night stay, I was kind of fine with a shared washroom.
