Beautiful place to stay, right on the lake. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the natural spring pool.

The area is more remote than I expected. One restaurant that closes a lot and no public transport or access to shops, cafes or atms etc. Great for the sunrise hike tour and to relax, though.

Lovely clean room in a great location for the Mount Batur climb. Really easy to sort out the climb, transport and other activities. Really friendly staff!

"1 or 2 nights is enough, but 1 or 2 nights in Kintamani is enough, volcano and hot springs and not much else"

Good breakfast delivered to your room, air con worked well and the small hot pool was nice.

A little hard to find and no frig in the room

Comfortable and clean stay.

Drain in the bathroom for shower was by toilet and drained slowly so feet would get wet trying to use toilet after showering. Would be nice to have additional cups or pot of coffee and fruit in the morning as part of breakfast.
