Lake Batur Cottage

Its the best place in Kintamani i every stayed! With the natural hotspring pool,i am amazed 💙

I think they could work on Main Signage to the hotel,so that its easy to find and easy for us to take a nice video 😄

The hotel was well situated

Total lack of service and hospitality. These guys are busy building extensions and all, but forget to look after their guests. Dirty toilet, especially when I lifted up the seat. Hair in the drain. Yak.

The room/cottage itself is beautifull.

The beginning was the worst, no reception what so ever. I had to go looking for the cleaning lady for a check-in. No information what so ever because she didn't speak english. Shouldn't be her job either so I don't blame her one bit. She was supernice. Never saw the owner in the 2 nights we were there. Also far away from everything. Which wasn't bad but the only food places around were closed for 2 days because there was a big wedding for the locals. Which the owner failed to mention... The facilities they said they had simply weren't there. No kitchen, 24 hour reception, laundry service, work-out area,.... nothing like that. Only 1 person who didn't speak English that we saw 5min a day... oh, also, there is a party hall right next the cottages that played music from 5am till 1am... if that doesn't keep you awake, their dog will, never shuts up... rediculus. Just make the cottage soundproof.... because we didn't sleep for those 2 nights. Also don't think you'll get a warm shower either. What a dissapointment. And they should feel ashamed promising so much and lying about it. Maybe september is the off-season, no idea.

The rooms were very good

Although the rooms are very nice, they lack basic stuff if they want to offer Hotel services. For example, there was no reception. We didn't see them during the day. It was just us. The next day it happened to one of us to have fever, we asked for a thermometer, they didn't have. They had no medical kit! Which is fundamental If you want to run a hotel business. They told us they hope for us to get well soon and probably might pray for us in tomorrow's prayers. That's all

When you are in the area - you'll find this gem of a place a breathe of fresh air. Very clean and very well maintained. Comfortable and the little hot spring in the garden is a delight. I definitely recommend staying here.

very nice, spacious and comfortable home. the owner is a lovely, friendly person) there is tea and coffee in the room. there is hot water in the bathroom, which does not run out after two minutes) . on the street there is a pool with thermal springs, warm, after the road along the cold kintamani is very handy. We really enjoyed.

the girl brought breakfast at 8am and knocked on the door until she woke us up. it wasn't great. may not knock without stopping)
