Great staff

Staff generally very pleasant and helpful and room was a good size

Ideally I would have liked shower to be separated e.g. curtain from the toilet etc ; only one small bottle of shower gel provided for two of us everything seemed clean although premises a little in need of tlc no marmite or plain yoghurt for breakfast !

Location near to family we were visiting

We did not stay overnight at the property. It was freezing temperatures out and the room had not been aired or had the heating on. Chalet style accommodation not within the main building so needed heating prior to visitors stay. Dirty mug on table was my cue to go. asthmatic cannot risk staying in cold room I know could have put heating on but the bedding had been sat in cold room and did not want to sleep in damp bed.

It is separate from the public house. It is clean and well-maintained. The waiter was very patient and well-mannered with us.

I was attempting to activate the television, but I was unable to locate the channels. Eventually, they became visible. It took a while! It would be beneficial to include decaffeinated tea bags.
