Very cute rooms, phenomenal food, fantastic drinks, brilliant staff. But the biggest thing was the small things. The very high quality soap and hand cream, the complimentary bamboo toothbrushes and razors, the smell of the rooms, the actually good instant coffee and biscuits, even the mugs in the room. So many little touches that make a big difference

This has got to be the best kept secret in Melbourne. First class in every respect. ...and A breakfast to die for.. They brew their ale in house and the staff are fantastic!

There is nothing to mention that spoilt any aspect.
