The location was fine for the purpose of our journey but there weren’t anything else but this property around so very difficult find other place where to eat or buy something. The village is very small indeed. The breakfast wasn’t the best, really poor but fair to the price paid for it which is not included in the booking.

They put us in a smoking room adapted to a room for travellers with a small dog. The smell was really intense and I also paid extra for the dog, which is something that normally doesn’t bother me but this time really got me. The food was very poop and dinner expensive too compared to quality of food.

Location was good. Staff are friendly

Location, free car parking

Dirty uncomfortable badly-lit room. Shower too hot to use. Bathroom light didn’t work (shaver), mould in bathroom, electrical socket hanging off wall, noise from outside kitchen fan randomly, poor breakfast (no cereal, small portion, milk ran out and no-one refilled it), weekday breakfast far too early. Corridor outside room very hot. Windows were old and wouldn’t open.

Staff friendly, location was convenient for me.

Decor a bit tired, toilet not terribly well attached to the floor which was disconcerting...

The 'traditional English pub' atmosphere , no thrills or gimmicks , set in the heart of a very quiet village
