"Exceptional"

Hospitality was exceptional. Staff went so far above and beyond for us. The location was great too, 2 mins from the local market. Finally the pool and jacuzzi was a real treat for the price we paid

"Superb"

Room was big, super comfy warm bed which is ideal in the mountain climate. Bathroom was clean and shower was hot. Food excellent and the host was very helpful. This place stands out from the external area. We were allowed to store our bikes safely in the reception area, room for 2 small bikes.

No issue with the hotel.

"The bar is closed and no proper restaurant as stated... be aware."

The bed was comfortable, and we had a wonderful lady taking care of us while we were the only guest in the hotel. She went to buy stuff as all was closed in the hotel...

The bar and restaurant were closed... and there is nothing else in the city. We arrive after a long walk and early afternoon, so it was a real issue. The lady who took care of us cooked what she found in the fridge... but it was Room had a window... inside. So no privacy if the curtain is not closed. Luckily, no other guest on that day! It got really cold and there was no heating that worked properly...
