The Jenny Lind

I had such an amazing stay at the Jenny Lind that I honestly won’t be staying anywhere else when I visit Hastings again! Amazing, friendly, and welcoming staff, especially the gent with the kind smile made the stay feel welcoming and warm. Charming pub full of character, with quirky antique features (like the unusual table smaller than a pool table). Delicious still cider, slightly stronger than usual, and now my favourite! Clean, comfortable room and bathroom, with thoughtful extras like a small fridge. Lovely views from the windows, including the hill and cable car. Relaxing atmosphere, including live music (local chores) in the evenings. Very accommodating staff — happy to hold luggage after check-out. Great location in the picturesque old town area, peaceful yet close enough to explore. Friendly and interesting guests, making the pub feel sociable and welcoming.

No lift, which could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

From walking through the door till leaving the Jenny Lind, everybody was so friendly.

There was nothing to dislike. Only leaving to come home.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view, the room was well stocked with tea, coffee, clean sheets, extra blankets etc

The furnishing is a little tired.

Have stayed before Great location ,often has live music which has always been good,despite this quiet overnight Clean and comfortable with friendly staff

Bathroom needs a bit of TLC

Clean and tidy. Comfortable and reasonably priced. Lively pub with good music
