Very small rooms - rustic is too nice a word to describe the conditions. Had to ask multiple times to get towels

When you are in Churchill, if you are spending a lot of time in your hotel room then you are very much doing it wrong. They provide a very basic clean room at a 2 star hotel that works fine. If you are looking for luxury look elsewhere, but if you want a very well priced room then I would recommend this.

John was friendly and checked us in as soon as the room was available. We had a bus come to pick us up which was great.

Maid was very helpful. Location was good. Pick-up from airport and delivery to the train station were excellent. Interesting historical photos on the walls of the hallways.

Desperately in need of updating. Manager was quirky. He didn't appear to want to be there, helpful sometimes, grumpy the next. Breakfast was adequate but space was limited given that most residents had to eat around the same time. Room was tiny. It had 2 single beds, with only a few pegs for hanging clothing. Had to move my bed to look for something, and not sure when it had last been done.

Convenient location. Complimentary breakfast.

There was an unfixed leak in the sink, which made the room smell musty. Staff were not friendly and came across rude.

The hotel is ideally located. There is free continental breakfast and they pick/drop you from the airport/train station.

The hotel is very dingy and feels like a Motel 6 which is in need of some cleaning. The owner managing the hotel has a very unfriendly attitude and responds rudely to any conversation.
