Excellent value for money, lovely breakfast ,friendly helpful staff Have stayed several times will definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable, great food and friendly, helpful staff. This is our third year of staying at the George and Dragon, the staff are always very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant serves tasty, well cooked pub food at a really reasonable price and they do a great breakfast. The room we have always had is comfortable with all the facilities we need. The beds are comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. It’s only 9 minutes from the NEC which is really useful and why we first stayed there. We definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

It’s not a dislike but just an observation, there are areas that look a bit tired and in need tic a bit of TLC but it is a very well frequented pub/b&b and cleanliness, good food and friendly staff team are more important.

Location

One of the beds in our room had a spring popping through the mattress after a long discussion about getting the mattress changed it was eventually done but with reluctance . That was only because a barmaid offered to change it
