Room was ok. Bed comfortable with shower in room. Evening meal was good, same as breakfast.

Lovely little place, just needs investment. Friendly and the food was good, restaurant was very busy.

Very rough in places but comfortable enough for one night.

Food was excellent , along with the staff who were helpful

The stairs my wife struggles , so in the description they need mentioning

Good selection of drinks and food was very good, bedroom clean and tidy.

Very run down and needs complete overhaul.

Convenient and cheap for NEC

Room was like an icebox without heating. Was resolved by being given a heater from the bar area.

Ate in pub, food excellent traditional pub grub and generous portions, breakfast excellent, staff very friendly attentive and welcoming, couldn't do enough. Bedding and towels fresh and clean. Room warm.

Wouldn't say didn't like as it was fine, but decor in need of a little freshening up.

Location for NEC is great.

The pub is very tired and in need of basic repairs. We were at the very top bedroom and 3 flights of stairs to climb which is fine if you're fit. I was concerned about an exit out if a fire occurred and whilst the windows opened fully (in itself a hazard at that height) you wouldn't survive the jump. The shower room worked but was very basic and did have a drains smell. The bed was just ok, a bit of a lumpy mattress on a plywood base. Breakfast was ok but very limited choice. Overall fine if paying a basic rate but for £90 not worth the money.

Very friendly guy who served us. Food was very nice, and hot.

Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable

Rooms where cheaply put together and could do with some upgrading but that’s all reflective on the price

Location to Birmingham NEC Allowed later check in due to not leaving NEC until 11:00pm.

Out dated, strange smell, carpets were very worn.
