"Horrible Stay"

When arrived to the hotel nobody in the counter, half an hour the room was given, the room was shabby, hand gun of the toilet and wash basin tap was broken. Cobwebs all around bath room and the room. He changed the room after argument. Then , observed AC was not working. After complaining he changed the room again. The bottom lid of the geyser was hanging with electrical wire which was scarry. Car parking also worst experience. Overal worst and bad experience. The app should verify the hotel and allow them to register in in your app for accommodation booking. Horrible experience. Overal

Everything in the room which was not properly maintained. Room was dirty and full of cobwebs all around. However, the staff apologised. Complementary toiletries, water bottle and breakfast eventhough app had mentioned.

Staff were friendly.

Rooms were dirty and restrooms were worst. Not at all clean and full of moss. The exhaust fan was not working, the comode were dirty and smelly.
