Muy muy muy ruidoso hasta altas horas de la noche debido a alguna discoteca cercana.

Camera spaziosa e luminosa. Piscina. Il proprietario molto servizievole.

Tutti i servizi sono a pagamento (colazione, transfer da e per aeroporto,…) e abbastanza cari. Del resto, sull’isola, tutto è caro.

Nice garden and lounge area, which is nice when you have a flight in the evening and have some time to relax around the hotel (late check-out possible for a fee). AC in the rooms.

Bathroom (especially the shower) and pool needs an update. Pool could be cleaner.

The garden and sitting area was very stylish. The receptionist was most helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was good, the bed was comfortable. There's a small shop nearby you can get water from. The centre of Sao Tome is within walking distance.

WiFi wasn't available in the room.

Nice location in the center of the city. We stayed only one short night (early departure to the airport) and quite comfortable, the initial room we got was smelly and not too clean but the owner/manager was very helpful and understanding and changed it for us with a better room.

A bit noisy and no parking available , we had to leave the car in the street (although there seemed to be a lot of space for cars inside)
