"Good overnight stay, convenient for baseballers"

Location around the corner from the baseball HOF, convenient tourist shopping/restaurants, not far from the water.

Very old building, tight stairway & halls and bathrooms, but quaint and quirky.

Location was great & right downtown. Parking was free, if street parking was available. Cool historic building

The room was on a slant, making sleeping very unpleasant with your feet elevated above head & scolding shower if the toilet accidentally gets flushed. Unfortunately the Tunnicliff Restaurant was not open
