There’s no doubt the location is ideal for accessing the village park and establishments.

We were met by an Inn Keeper who had a demeanor that leaves much to be desired. He was demeaning in nature. The accommodations were very outdated, it was hot in and outside and the window AC unit did not run at all.

"Great Location, great potential, but long past due for a complete makeover"

Location is perfect to visit Cooperstown. Steps from everything.

Waaaay outdated furniture, carpets and lighting. Decor of our room very dark and depressing. Window treatments unattractive and kept light out of the room. Lobby was uninviting and hallways had an unpleasant odor. The dining rooms had plastic tablecloths. Beautiful building with great bones and architectural features.

"For one night it was ok and location is fabulous. Not worth $200 a night"
