Nothing great visit as always however a small refrigerator in room would be great but not essential.

Lovely little Bar/restaurant with rooms. Excellent service and really enjoyed the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was really nice and we would definitely come back. Shower was great and the location is perfect right in the centre of East Linton.

The door on the room (fountain) was squeaky. Doesn't quite fit properly and with having to go in and out quite a lot (bathroom across the hallway) was a bit annoying. As a taller person I also bumped my head on the way back from the private bathroom.

Lovely guest house, my room was very comfortable and quite beautiful. The room was well stocked with fresh bedding and towels, complimentary beverages, biscuits. The bed was so comfy, I had a great night's sleep! WiFi was fast which was handy when I was working and later when I was chilling. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The meals were very good too, would definitely stay again.

Duty manager was very defensive when we had issues with no heating or hot water for over 24 hours. Very argumentative. Other staff were very understanding and said a refund of £88 would come via booking.com. No refund received as yet.
