USBeautiful old Victorian Inn. Bed was great, room was very nice. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great, and Angie was delightful. Highly recommend this Inn. It lived up to the great reviews we read before we booked the room.

DEDas Haus hatte einen individuellen Charme und das Zentrum der Stadt war fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Zimmer befand sich im Dachgeschoss und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt, beschränkte sich aber auf 2 Wahlessen.

CAI appreciate that the lady in charge tried to make us breakfast even though we wound up taking off quickly and just missing her. It's also a beautiful location just outside downtown and given the size of Fredericton, convenient for just about everything; my spouse and I had a nice, scenic walk into downtown before going to our friends' wedding. There's a historic charm to the building and the surrounding area (including the titular carriage house) that reminds me why I loved living in Fredericton for as long as I did. Staying on the third floor, we also had access to a small fridge just outside our room to store our leftovers, which came in clutch when we ordered too much sushi the first night.
I have a sensitive spine so the mattress/pillow combo weren't ideal; if you need a special pillow, definitely bring it. I would also warn folks who are out of shape like me that the stairs in older buildings are no joke: if you're on the second or third floor, you'll feel it. But these are very minor issues, all told.
