GBOld style house full of character in a great neighbourhood. The manager was very pleasant and welcoming and cooked a very tasty breakfast. It was a short walk into town along a footpath
The decor could do with some updating, despite the vintage feel. Communal tea and coffee making facilities would have been welcome
CAVery convenient location. Pleasant common room with art and books about local history. Excellent breakfast. Bottomless coffee appreciated. Fantastic pancake option. Quiet room.

CACAEverything was just fine. The bed was comfortable. Spacious room. Breakfast was good (I had pancake), partner bacon and eggs. Very convenient to downtown (walking). Angie, the manager was very welcoming and helpful. I also like Fredericton. Great place to walk or bicycle. People courteous and friendly. Stay a couple of nights.
Room door shut with a very loud bang (if you didn't hold onto it); and I'm not a huge fan of the bathroom across the hall situation.

CASuperb staff! Angie is A+…thoughtful, accommodating, and incredibly efficient. The bkfst was stellar, and the inn is charming and located in the heart of everything. Parking is very easy (on site), and check-out is instantaneous as you simply leave your key in the drop-off basket by the front door. We enjoyed a room with an en-suite bathroom on the second floor.
We appreciated the charm of the inn, which far outweighs any minor cosmetic details that could use some attention. If you’re looking for a modern, pristinely maintained hotel like the JW Marriott, then you may want to stay with that category of lodging.
CAAngie, our host, was very friendly. Location was walking distance to local restaurants.

CAAngie is amazing and very helpful. She recommended restaurants with gluten free options and ensured I had a gluten free breakfast as I am celiac. The location is excellent and you can easily walk to many restaurants. It is also very close to a trail system We would stay there again .
The house although gorgeous could use refreshing which is out of Angie’s control. That is the only negative comment I have.
