Our stay in Naxos was made truly special by the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, offering thoughtful recommendations on what to see and do around the island. The accommodation itself was comfortable, well‑equipped, and had everything we needed. A huge bonus was being able to use the facilities at their sister property, Hotel Grotta, just across the road. We happily made full use of the spa, sauna, steam room, and pool — perfect for extra relaxation. Breakfast at Hotel Grotta is exceptional and absolutely worth trying at least once. And whatever you do, don’t miss a sunset from the Hotel Grotta rooftop. Order a glass of their locally made house wine, head up to the third‑floor terrace, stretch out on a sun lounge, and watch the sun sink behind the Portara and Paros Island. Pure magic. But honestly, it’s the people who make this place unforgettable. Connie and Constantina were delightful — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Clean and comfortable

The spa was amazing and so relaxing. The little touches like cake in our room when we came back in the afternoon really made us feel special. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. Connie and the other young lady (can't remember her name from the front desk) were so communicative and helpful. If any issue arose they were jumping right in to solve it.

The way they split up their buildings. The building area we stayed had a different hotel name on it, so I thought they were sister properties lol.

Staff was outstanding.
