Missing microwaves, mold in ceilings. .the location has a fake number set up for their booking account so booking can't get in touch with them. They were obviously very annoyed with the prices I got with booking. One of the employees told me they put people who pay through booking in "crappy rooms"

Staff was friendly and professional

Room didn't have a microwave and fridge when I first got there. Online it said room had fridge and microwave.

Nothing really

The fact that our ac unit leaked all over the place and no one came to look at it. Plus we asked for clean towels and we never got any. When I walked into the office the staff member was very rude. I asked for a disability room and the staff member wanted to charge me 133.00 for the room when I am in fact disabled.

I enjoyed the staff or the one I saw most at the front desk. Her customer service was excellent and attentive

I didn't like that the beds were uncomfortable, sheets and towels were stained although clean it felt dirty because of the stains. There were holes in the walls where the outlets would be or cables because they weren't covered correctly. In the bathroom behind the toilet around the pipe fittings weren't covered correctly so there were Water bugs few times.
