Дуже чисто,, тихо, зручне розташування, закрита парковка для авто, в номерах компліменти у вигляді водички, чаю та кави. Мікрохвильовка в загальному доступі для підігріву їжі, в номері електрочайник, стакани, чашки, засоби гігієни. Все говорить про те, що гостей щиро раді вітати. За декілька років відряджень в м. Житомир і відвідувань багатьох готелів, Тераса впевнено посідає топ найкращих місць!
