Персонал, охорона, неможливість додзвонитися, незлагоджена робота. Їдеш, і таке враження, що в нікуди. Телефон не відповідає, охоронець якийсь невихований. До вас приїхав гість, а ви вирішуєте селити його чи ні. Стою на морозі, як дурень, в одній кофті, поки охоронець: «я не бачу вашого бронювання, чекайте на дворі. Зараз буду дзвонити» Потім зранку ще хтось стучить настирно у двері, десь 9:00… Живу в готелях постійно, але це трешняк…
