Staff extremely helpful, breakfast excellent Very clean considering the age of the property. Bedrooms again good for age of building.

I am 6ft 2 and bed was only just long enough and had a foot board on it, so couldn't stretch out easily, but very comfortable.

There was a lot of road noise and there was a birthday party downstairs which spilled outside and we could hear it quite loud in our room. The shower in the room had quite a high step, about 8", so it was difficult to get in and out without slipping. This could be rectified easily with the addition of a safety handle or rail. We were a little confused why we were given a price for dinner on the booking, only to find that they didn't do dinner. We ended up getting a takeaway as we hadn't eaten since 8am.
