Very friendly staff, rooms a good size for a double. Well maintained. The outside was very clean and tidy.

WiFi could have been a little stronger.

The place is in a good location and was nice clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and catered for my son in laws allergic needs with no problems. If we go to Chesterfield again we will definitely stay here.

Some of the property literally stank. The room itself didn’t smell quite as bad. The room was more like a prison room with plain grey walls. One doorless wardrobe. Outside two drunks were singing and swigging vodka from a bottle right underneath our window. My wife asked for cereal for breakfast and was told “No it’s all out of date”. There is a Morrisons directly opposite but that was too much trouble.

More or less everything. It stank.

The staff and customers made me feel very welcome, the breakfast was exceptionally good
