Absolutely shocking standard and shocking management and communication was very immature

Would never ever stay again manager was rude and quite right disgusting. Shower had mould around the bottom. Water wasn’t hot. Bed was broken

Situated in an easy access area

Not sure what this place is trying to be? Hotel? Pub? Eatery? Strange closing times. Room was very basic. Could smell smoking cigarettes coming from other rooms. Reception is walk straight to a bar and lady shows me straight to my room, followed by loose dog barking at me? Was shown where to leave the keys when I leave, and how to operate a clearly broken exit door!All a bit surreal to be honest. Would not recommend. Can't believe the "really" positive reviews?

Value for money, friendly staff,great breakfast.

For the price I couldn’t really fault it. Perhaps those with mobility problems might find the stairs a challenge.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly

The Staff and all the people in the hotel made me feel very welcome. I had a great stay and I highly recommend the hotel.

Really lovely staff, such a nice clean room with really comfy beds and new carpets underfoot.

Sadly it was really hot in the room in the evening but it was too noisy with the windows open - lots of late Saturday night revellers passing and lorries driving past through the night. There were also two huge safety lights which lit up the whole room (we raised this in the morning and were told these are for safety but they are honestly so bright!). All in all we didn't have a good night's sleep which is such a shame as everything else was lovely.
